Safe on Sight is our safety campaign to promote the awareness and importance of safe working such that whatever we see or wherever we see it, we should make sure it is being done safely. Our approach is based upon the principal of the 3 C’s.

CONCERN Intervention through concern for the safety of the individual and not just for a breach of systems.

COACHING Support individuals to make their own decisions on how to improve safety.

COMPLIANCE With our operating system is a baseline, not a goal, for which everyone will inevitably take their personal responsibility to work safely.

It is our aspiration to be in a position where we have zero reportable accidents across the business.
