We have the knowledge, experience and flexibility to tailor our solutions to meet your needs. This includes executing the UK’s first grouped schools PFI in Stoke, producing an innovative system build product for Hertfordshire BSF and developing the REEP (retained estate evaluation process) for Oldham BSF to provide the optimum tailor-made refurbishment solution.
We have also worked with Partnership for Schools on the National Academies Framework to reduce development programme timescales, and developed halls of residence and university campuses all across the country, including Exeter, Newcastle and Bangor.
By engaging with education specialists as well as teachers and students, we aim to provide facilities that give young people the best opportunities to learn.
