A unique service

THE MAP is an integral part of our customer service offering, designed specifically to improve the customer experience and the way in which we deliver projects.

This is a totally bespoke service with the flexibility to influence and change the project delivery process for the better - throughout the build and beyond. We are the first construction company in the UK to use this approach to improve the way in which we operate.

As the customer, you set the criteria by which we are judged, based on your objectives and expectations. We take these criteria and channel them into an agreed set of questions which become the key success factors for each phase during the delivery process. The questions can cover a diverse range of topics and include areas like management, leadership, communication, training, relationships, sustainability and the environment. They can range from quite complex subjects such as the on-going management of costs and budgets to more simple matters such as how quickly we respond to calls and emails. These questions are then used as a benchmark to evaluate and rate our performance.

Review meetings are held with a dedicated THE MAP co-ordinator on a regular basis throughout the life of the project to provide feedback on our performance. The feedback is simple; you rate how well we are achieving your expectations by giving us marks out of five.
